Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Office Based Role - 5 days per week)

Join our IT teams, which is at the core of our digital future, analysing and operating all our internal and customer-facing systems, with the aim of delivering the best customer experience. What you’ll do
1. Providing support to the internal and external system users in person and/or virtually.
2. Providing second line support to the internal and external system users via ticket system.
3. Various Office IT process/project support.
4. Supporting on boarders into the business with initial laptop set up.
5. Manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept.
6. Perform hardware recycling activities.
7. Build and distribute devices.
8. Shared mailbox administration.
Who you are
9. Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems
10. Strong understanding and experience of laptop and desktop hardware maintenance
11. Knowledge of Lenovo and Dell hardware
12. Knowledge of ITIL methodology in an operations environment
13. Exceptional customer service skills
14. Experience of working in a similar role
