Development Coordinator
Location: Cirencester, GL7 6JS
Salary: Grade 5 - £25,138 to £29,605 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Permanent, part-time (20 hours per week). Flexible working options considered.

The Role
The Development Coordinator is key to the Fundraising Campaign, ensuring data accuracy, preparing fundraising briefings, processing gifts, implementing donor stewardship, and ensuring successful events. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and a team player. They will report to the Head of Development and Alumni Relations, building relationships with donors, staff, students, and alumni.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Experience in marketing, event management, or customer-facing roles
* Knowledge of CRM databases and fundraising is advantageous
* Experience in higher education or rural sectors is a plus
