Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The Role
1. Graduate Behaviour Mentor (Unqualified role)
2. Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour needs
3. Paid school-based experience
4. Monday – Friday role
5. £80 to £100 per day term time only
6. Long-term, full-time paid role in the same school
7. Be a Graduate Behaviour Mentor for children both in and out of the classroom
Graduate Behaviour Mentor- Person Specification
8. Minimum 2:2 degree
9. Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
10. A passion for education
11. Experience working in a school setting
12. Love the idea of making a difference
13. A Graduate Behaviour Mentor will have a patient and caring manner
