Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Engineer this role requires you to produce designs and specifications of electrical services required for whatever building is being commissioned.
The produced design will be managed to tender and carried through the vetting process, selecting contractors and ensuring correct equipment is used for installation and to the correct standard.
Person Specification:
When applying for this Electrical Engineer position you should be a confident user of computerised design packages such as Cymap and NES with any experience you have with modelling software being a distinct advantage.
Ideally you will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering with an electrical focus but this is by no means essential; if you can demonstrate sound Electrical building services design knowledge gained while working on a broad spectrum of schemes and a commitment towards gaining your Chartership.
It would also be very useful if you have a driving license and experience of carrying out site surveys and attending meetings.
