Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive / Brand Manager to join their reputable dealership in the Exeter area. Benefits of the role:
Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, dependent on experience
Realistic uncapped OTE of £40,000 to £50,000

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with a scheduled day off during the week; Sundays off
Duties:
Prospecting daily for new sales leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Building and managing strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service
Working independently to achieve and exceed sales targets and support brand growth
Ensuring all sales activities and processes conform to company standards and brand guidelines
Supporting dealership marketing and promotional activities as needed
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a franchise or reputable dealership
Consistent prospecting and sales performance with a track record of success
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resilience
