Responsibilities
* To support and manage a partnership solution delivering the Client's Statutory Compliance requirements
* To own and manage the governance arrangements for Compliance, SSOW and Audit outputs/measures supporting risk management and creating sustainable relationships at all levels
* Responsible for the development and periodic review of the Compliance, SSOW & Audit Management Plan
* To lead the Compliance and Audit team and provide management representation/ownership of compliance issues both to the Client and Integrator
* Liaison with the Client Compliance Team and the organisations functional support SME outside the account to ensure full capture of best practise
* Oversee the Safe Systems of Work required to deliver the obligated services
* Develop & test the Business Continuity plans for the contract ensuring the continuity of service at all times
* To develop & maintain a strategy for compliance management across the client Account, including standards compliance
* To identify training requirements for compliance personnel, facilitate the appropriate training courses & ensure the complete & accurate maintenance of training records & qualifications
* To help embed a zero harm culture of Health and Safety within the contract
* Ensure effective risk management processes and systems are deployed and managed to deliver enhanced levels of resilience, business continuity and broadcast continuity
* Responsible for ensuring appropriate Safe Systems of Work (SSoW), Compliance, Business Continuity and QSHE systems and processes are implemented on the contract
* To work with the Performance and Business Improvement teams to continually review and enhance Compliance and risk management solutions
We have an incredible opportunity working under the biggest FM company in Europe on a challenging but rewarding contract in the UK. This role will be for a candidate who has previous experience in a similar role and is looking for a challenging role.
Qualifications
* Professional NEBOSH / IOSH
* HVAP is desirable but not essential for the role.
* Experience working in a critical environment is desirable.
* Full understanding of ensuring full compliance with contractual, legal, safety and statutory obligations.
* Strong compliance SME background.
* Proven track record in compliance management and managing client engagements.
* Served in key technical and compliance management positions.
* Demonstrates ability to implement and meet targets across multiple sites.
* Has clear understanding of FM industry.
* Has proven ability to manage, develop and motivate multiple teams.
* Demonstrates well-developed communication, relationship management and influencing skills.
* Experience of managing statutory contract performance and documentation.
* Competent in managing health and safety.
