About the Role This Project Director job offers the chance to lead the Projects Team and oversee global signage rollouts from strategy to delivery. You will drive commercial success, manage multi-country project delivery, and represent the company at international forums. This senior role offers clear career progression within a growing, globally recognised signage consultancy. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning, business development, and global expansion initiatives. Manage international project delivery, coordinating teams, design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation. Act as senior client contact, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Oversee commercial management, including budgets, contracts, risk, and margin protection. Ensure compliance with international regulations, safety, and quality standards. About You Proven senior project or commercial leadership experience in signage, construction, fit-out, or branding. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable managing culturally diverse teams across time zones with international travel. Commercially astute with strong project and financial management skills. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, APM) and degree in relevant field advantageous.
