Job Description
Main Responsibilities of the role include:
1. Support the sales team through all aspects of the sales cycle.
2. Manage and lead RFP responses and customer presentations.
3. Providing thought leadership and engagement with Salesforce including hosting and attending workshops.
4. Lead and participate in Discovery workshops and high-level scoping calls.
5. Familiar with business requirements analysis, solution design, prototyping, technical specification and platform configuration in line with best practices.
6. Ability to understand a customer's business requirements and how to map them to a technical solution.
7. Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to help identify and close sales opportunities.
8. Ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks and deadlines.
9. An ability to communicate information to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand.
10. Be willing to travel to London to support customer meetings (approximately 10-20%).
Qualifications
11. 3-5 years in a similar type pre-sales role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
12. Industry specific knowledge in one or more of: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive & Travel, Retail & Consumer Goods.
