Description About the Role The purpose of this position is to lead, manage and foster a supportive work environment with teams over multiple locations. This role is a key player in the Ex-Offenders program across the Gold Coast region. The Business Manager is tasked with fostering a supportive and encouraging culture to assist our consultants in building strong community networks and relationships to assist in the jobseeker journey toward employment opportunities. You will ensure jobseekers, clients and stakeholders receive quality service provision, and will work with the Operations Manager to ensure that BUSY Ability exceeds Government key performance indicators and contractual obligations. This role is full time fixed term contract until 30 June 2027 with potential for extension, based out of our Southport Nind St office.
