Pensions Risk & Compliance Analyst

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and risk management? We’re looking for a Pensions Operations & Risk Analyst to deliver insightful management information (MI), track operational risks, and support continuous improvement across our Pension Trustee services.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver accurate MI reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
* Track and report operational risks, incidents, and mitigation actions.
* Analyse trends and identify process improvements based on MI and risk data.
* Maintain documentation and support operational planning and ad-hoc projects.
* Collaborate across departments to gather data and communicate insights clearly.
About you
* 2–5 years’ experience in operations or risk within financial services.
* Experience in data reporting, risk tracking, and process improvement.
* Understanding of operational risk and control frameworks.
* Knowledge of financial services regulations (e.g., FCA, TPR).
