Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales (Approx. 70%)
* Respond to enquiries and follow up on generated leads
* Manage the full sales cycle from needs assessment to proposals, quotes, and closing
* Achieve revenue and volume targets
* Proactively identify new business opportunities
* Build trusted relationships with clients
* Research and approach potential customers
Operational (Approx. 10%)
* Prepare cost models to maximise profit
* Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
* Support training administration to ensure smooth service delivery
Skills & Requirements
* Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive growth
* Experience in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals
* Effective negotiator and confident communicator
* Skilled in presentations and client relationship-building
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
* Good understanding of commercial metrics and business models
Experience
* Proven background in sales or business development
* Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
