Base Pay Range: £51,000–£68,000 (first-year salary based on performance). Includes £40,000 base salary plus uncapped performance bonus after first month.
Start Dates: January, April, July & September 2026.

What You’ll Do
Find, call, and engage industry experts to deliver the insights our clients need, often under extremely tight deadlines. Expect to spend most of your day on the phone, persuading specialists to share expertise and securing their time for client calls.
* Own projects end‑to‑end, understanding specific client needs and scheduling high‑calibre expert calls.
* Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and winning buy‑in.
* Work at speed, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
* Learn fast, gaining broad knowledge of markets, business models, and regulations.
* Cross‑sell the full range of Third Bridge services, including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1‑1 calls.

Qualifications
* Business fluency in Italian (written and oral – Level C1 and above).
* Intellectually strong, ambitious, with leadership or extracurricular experience.
* Demonstrated grit through internships, work experience, or other achievements.
* Confidence to pick up the phone and start conversations with anyone.
* Natural curiosity, quick to learn, loves solving complex problems.
* Resilient and motivated to exceed goals.
* Experience in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment preferred.
