Job summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Care Assistant who can commit to looking after our residents' health, wellbeing and happiness. You'll be helping our residents feel comfortable and safe while they enjoy an exceptional quality of life in an atmosphere of respect, trust and joy with a real passion to make someone's day. We have a full-time (36 hours a week) night role available. You will be able to work some day shifts as well if that suits, and if you are relatively new to care, some of your training may initially involve some daytime-work. The role is for an initial 12-month Maternity Cover period, but the chance to extend or become permanent may well arise. Responsibilities: * Your day-to-day tasks will include helping with residents' nighttime routine * Serving food that has been freshly prepared by our chef * Tidying resident's rooms * Answering help bells * Assisting with dressing and personal care * You will be reliable, dependable and a team player who is willing to help others and will genuinely want to make a difference You must present a culture of professionalism, positivity and passion for the industry we work in.
