Job Description
We’re looking for a detail‑focused and dependable Finance Assistant to join our Finance team on a six-month fixed term contract. You’ll play an important role in processing purchase invoices accurately, ensuring suppliers are paid on time, and helping maintain strong financial records.
Key Responsibilities·
* Process a high volume of purchase invoices in Sage·
* Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes·
* Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice queries·
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems·
* Support month‑end tasks, including reconciliations and reporting·
* Assist the wider finance team with general administrative duties
What You’ll Bring·
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy·
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel·
* Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines·
* Clear and confident communication skills·
* A proactive, team‑first attitude
