The Opportunity
* We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead integrated commercial strategies with a primary focus on marketing excellence and a strong international remit. This hybrid role (head office in Surrey) combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving portfolio growth and supporting sales performance of the Sales Manager and Product Specialists through effective coaching and collaboration. You will provide second-line leadership for a small, international in-field team, ensuring strong development and accountability.
* You will define and deliver marketing strategies for established brands while preparing for upcoming launches, ensuring alignment between brand positioning, customer insights, and field activity.
