Role summary: Join Homeless Oxfordshire as a Housing & Resettlement Worker in our Pre-Recovery Project. You will provide high-quality support to people moving on from homelessness, working closely with Turning Point to deliver drug and alcohol recovery groups and peer support. You will manage risks, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, support clients into suitable move-on options, and build strong relationships with partners. Help create a positive, inclusive space where people can rebuild their lives while developing their skills, confidence and independence through meaningful activities and personalised support!
