Overview
Calling all Logistics Legends! Join Victorian Plumbing's fast-paced warehouse for a fixed-term opportunity until December 31st 2025. If you possess a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for ensuring efficient and accurate operations, you could be a strong fit for our Warehouse Operative team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support a seamless customer experience from order placement to the careful delivery of products.
Responsibilities
* Become a Master of Fulfilment: accurately picking, packing, and dispatching a wide range of bathroom products to ensure swift and efficient delivery to customers.
* Maintain a well-organised stock environment and ensure timely order fulfilment; may assist with pallet building to support speedy dispatch.
* Be a Team Player: collaborate with a friendly and supportive team to foster a positive and productive workplace.
* Develop skills in fast-paced warehouse logistics during the fixed-term opportunity.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in pick, pack, and dispatch processes.
* Ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment with stamina, agility, and the ability to lift and move stock.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and other departments.
* Can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop warehouse process knowledge.
Shifts, Pay, and Contract
Available shifts: Sunday to Wednesday 20:00–07:00 and Wednesday to Saturday 20:00–07:00 (Leyland).
Night Shifts Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour plus Night Premium of £1.81 per hour = £14.51 per hour.
* Additional monthly attendance bonus: £200 (where applicable).
