Reporting into the Technical Manager, you will lead a team of four QA Officers and take responsibility for maintaining and continuously improving food quality and food safety standards across the site. This is a hands-on, factory-focused role requiring strong food quality expertise, excellent people management, and a passion for developing and coaching teams.
