* Monday 08:45-18:00
* Tuesday 08:45-19:00
* Wednesday 08:45-18:00
* Thursday 08:45-18:00
* Friday 08:15-16:00
Practice Information
* Mixed practice, SOE software
* 5 mins walk from train station / good bus routes
* Free parking on local roads (less than 5 mins walk)
Responsibilities
* Managing the front desk and welcoming patients
* Booking and managing appointments and clinician diaries
* Answering telephone and email enquiries
* Processing payments and managing patient accounts
* Managing recalls and follow-up appointments
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Liaising closely with dentists and dental nurses
* Ensuring reception runs efficiently and professionally
