Reporting to the Director of Bid Management & Support, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compelling proposals that help secure and retain work across a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end bid process in line with our clients Business Win procedures and best practices. Develop bid strategies, manage resources, and oversee proposal preparation to deliver compliant, high-quality submissions on time. Assemble and lead multi-disciplinary bid teams, working closely with sales, delivery, finance, legal, and external partners. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, reviews, and approvals. Drive continuous improvement of bid governance, processes, and best practice across the business. Experience, Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in bid and proposal management Minimum of 5 years experience managing complex bids. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for producing persuasive proposals. Advanced MS Office capability and exceptional organisational skills.
