The Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Solar Panel Installer to join our growing team. This role is offered on a CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) basis. You will be responsible for installing both on-roof and in-roof solar PV systems to the highest standard, while also supporting our roofing teams when required. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at an exciting stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Installing both on-roof and in-roof solar PV systems to the highest standard
* Preparing roofs and ensuring safe mounting of panels
* Working with electricians to connect and commission systems
* Assisting our roofing teams on non-solar project days (roofing experience required)
* Following all health & safety guidelines, including working at height
* Providing excellent customer service on every job
Requirements
* Previous experience installing solar panels and/or strong roofing experience
* Roofing skills essential to assist our roofing teams on downtime
* Comfortable working at height and with hand/power tools
* CSCS card (preferred, but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
