Job Title : Inventory Coordinator-Afternoon Shift Reporting To: Manager, Stores/Despatch Work Schedule: Onsite – Tewkesbury, GBR We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our high-performing team on an afternoon shift. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the function lead and play a key part in ensuring the accurate counting, safe handling, and secure storage of a wide range of products, including both manufactured and purchased items. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring correct counting and traceability of parts and materials Storing items safely in appropriate locations (shelves, racks, automated systems, or controlled environments) Utilizing our ERP and other electronic tools for inventory management and reporting Fulfilling parts requests and delivering or collecting materials from Manufacturing, Sub Assembly, Assembly & Test, Subcontractors, or Customers Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in all work areas Strictly following all health and safety guidelines, especially regarding manual handling of heavy items Additional Information: This role involves manual lifting and moving of heavy items; correct use of manual handling equipment is essential. Afternoon Shift: Mon–Thu: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (30-min break, 15 mins paid), Fri: 12:45 PM – 7:15 PM (20-min paid break) Requirements: Clean, full driving license (company van duties included—electric or fossil fuel) Counterbalance/high reach forklift truck license preferred (training provided if needed) Experience with scissor lifts or similar MEWP platforms is an advantage (training provided) Willingness to use cleaning equipment and machines (full training provided) We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the job posting will be closed once a suitable candidate is selected.
