This is not just another development role. As our new Development Programme Manager, youll take the helm of our Strategic Partnership with Homes England a programme with the power to make a real difference, supporting the delivery of Vico Homes's growth ambition of 10,000 homes over 10 years across the North of England.
Youll oversee £250m in grant funding, guide long term financial expenditure exceeding £500m, and lead the delivery of this high impact housing programme that will help shape our future growth.
Youll provide strategic leadership, robust oversight, and expert programme management to ensure our development commitments are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard.
As the Development Programme Manager you will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at our Head Office in Castleford.
Youll have experience in development, programme leadership and Homes England funding but more importantly, youll bring passion, integrity and a commitment to doing work that matters.
