This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ–1 PQE solicitor with a genuine interest in civil litigation and contentious probate to take the next step in their career. Role: Contentious Probate Solicitor Location: West Midlands Salary: £40,000–£45,000 Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters including: will challenges; inheritance claims; executor disputes and estate administration issues. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements. Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients at all stages of litigation.Key Requirements: A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a proven interest in contentious probate work and/or 1 years PQE in Contentious Probate.
