We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our brand-new Leeds office. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly and looking at its best. As part of the facilities team, you will work closely with the Office Manager and be at the heart of our operations. You will ensure a welcoming, organised, and productive environment for colleagues and visitors alike. This is a varied and people-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real difference to the day-to-day experience of a busy office. As an Office Administrator, you will: Be responsible for the front desk. Greet visitors, conduct office inductions, and ensuring everyone feels welcome from the moment they arrive. Help create a positive workplace by maintaining a safe, tidy, and inviting office atmosphere for staff and guests. Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring efficient distribution and collection. Assist with maintaining the Office Safety File and related documentation. Help coordinate Fire Wardens and First Aid cover, and support our environmental policies to create a greener, more sustainable workplace. Deliver high-quality administrative support to facilities, support, and operational functions. Work with the IT department to ensure a seamless experience for staff, including setting up workstations and meeting rooms. What you’ll need: Previous experience in a similar office administration role (preferred). A friendly and professional approach, with a strong focus on customer service. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A genuine care for the quality of your work and the smooth running of the office. Confidence using your initiative to solve problems, while knowing when to ask for guidance. Comfort with routine tasks and a proactive attitude toward improving office processes. The ability to remain calm, patient, and solutions-focused in challenging situations. IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Ideally, be a trained First Aider and Fire Marshal or be willing to undertake training.
