The business is well-established and they are looking for an additional key team member to join at this exciting time. They allow recruiters to think for themselves and are looking for someone with the experience to self-manage within a remarkably busy environment. This is a key role within the organisation and will require a professional recruiter who will become involved in every aspect of the business and who can identify opportunities for growth whilst managing the day-to-day requirements of multiple clients. You will be recruiting, interviewing, managing queries, developing business opportunities, visiting client sites and advertising. The ideal candidate will: Be a skilled, professional account manager. Have exceptional candidate and client management skills. Be skilled at interviewing and assessing applicants. Be able to work autonomously with little instruction. Have a flexible approach and a can-do attitude. Possess a strong background within the recruitment sector. Take a strategic approach to client management and managing expectations. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels is paramount. Be an initiative-taking initiative-taker who can prioritise workload and work on your own initiative. Be experienced in managing the interview process whilst under pressure to deliver.
