Data Quality Improvement Manager

This role sits in Data Management Team as part of Technology which is responsible for delivering Technology capability within Sanctuary Group to ensure employees have access to the systems they need to perform their duties. This role reports to the Head of Data Governance.
The role of Data Quality Improvement Manager will include:
* Leading initiatives to enhance the quality, integrity, and reliability of priority data across the Group
* Co‑chair the monthly Data Council, engaging with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Technical Specialists and business leaders to ensure alignment and accountability for data
* Ensure data issues and risks are clearly articulated and escalated in accordance with Risk Matrix in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and IT Security to ensure data governance and data quality management supports broader governance and assurance frameworks across the Group
Skills and experiences:
* Proven experience of undertaking a similar role implementing Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives within a complex business
* Able to collaborate with ability to communicate Data Governance to a non-technical audience
* Ability to understand and map data points for multiple business processes across different business functions
* Ability to manage multiple priorities

* Role salary is £56,110 with an additional policy allowance of £12,344 per annum (rising to £59,059 with an additional policy allowance of £12,992 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
