Receptionist/Administrator – Part‑time

We are looking for a highly motivated part‑time Receptionist/Administrator to work across both our sites in Aylesbury and High Wycombe. Your week would be split Wednesday 9am–5pm in Aylesbury (Sue Nicholls) and then Thursday and Friday, 8am–2pm in High Wycombe (Saffron House). Please note that we are unable to change the days, working hours and location of this role.

This role is part‑time working 19.5 hours per week. To assist with reception and telephonist duties under the general direction of the Office Manager, ensuring that a professional, efficient and cost‑effective service is provided to staff, visitors, partnership organisations and the public at all times.
