Job title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Newbury (fully onsite role)
Salary: up to £32,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong long term relationships with existing and new customers
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and issues
* Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross sell
* Guide customers through onboarding
* Regular check ins with customers, to spot potential revenue growth
* Capability of overlooking around 150 accounts
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 years experience within a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role
* Proven experience of managing accounts simultaneously
* Previous experience with either Salesforce or HubSpot
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Strong communication skills
