Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee SEND provision throughout the school, managing support for pupils with EHCPs. • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and external agencies to deliver personalised interventions. • Develop and implement strategies to boost both academic achievement and emotional wellbeing. • Maintain comprehensive and compliant records aligned with statutory guidance. • Support and mentor staff to embed inclusive teaching practices across all classrooms.
