A dynamic and rapidly expanding company that designs and operates premium flexible workspace solutions is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Lead to join their growing TechOps team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a pivotal player in ensuring the smooth technical operation of new and existing locations, while also contributing to key internal and expansion projects.
As the Technical Support Lead, you will be instrumental in providing expert IT support across hardware, software, and networking, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. A significant aspect of your role will involve coordinating technical projects related to new coworking space setups, technology upgrades, and internal IT initiatives. This will require strong organizational skills, the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders and vendors, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities for the Technical Support Lead will include:
* Providing advanced IT support, troubleshooting a range of technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
* Prioritizing and resolving critical IT incidents within agreed SLAs.
* Assisting in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, and networking equipment.
* Supporting the seamless setup of IT, networking, AV, and security systems for new coworking spaces.
* Contributing to the planning and execution of project tasks and milestones within the TechOps team.
* Coordinating with external vendors to deliver project requirements.
* Serving as a key point of contact for project-related queries and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
* Assisting in managing stakeholder expectations and aligning them with project goals.
* Managing internal IT systems and access controls.
* Working within a ticketing system to track and resolve support requests.
The successful Technical Support Lead will likely possess experience in:
* Providing comprehensive IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, network configuration, and user access management.
* Managing network services, ideally within a multi-site environment such as real estate, hospitality, or property management.
* A strong grasp of networking technologies and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
* Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
* Supporting MacOS, iOS, and Windows operating systems.
* Experience with SaaS support systems (e.g., MDM, Google Workspace, Zoom, Zendesk).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
* Assisting in the planning and execution of technical projects.
