We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our children's residential care division.This is an exciting opportunity for experienced leaders who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people while supporting and strengthening our network of homes., As a Regional Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing flexible, high-quality support across our homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
* Providing parachute support to Registered Managers when additional capacity or expertise is required.
* Delivering audits, coaching, and mentoring to ensure best practice and continuous improvement.
* Offering interim management cover in homes without a manager, ensuring consistency and high standards of care.
* Guiding and supporting staff teams to maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to take on home registration responsibilities, though this is not an expectation of the role initially.

Qualifications
* Significant experience in children's residential care, ideally as a Senior/Peripatetic Registered Manager or equivalent senior role.
* A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
* The ability to quickly assess, stabilise, and strengthen services.
* Flexibility to travel across regions as required.
