Head of Marketing & CRM
As our new Head of Marketing & CRM, you’ll:
* Drive CRM strategy to deliver personalised, impactful engagement with enquirers and applicants.
* Lead generation campaigns that cut through the noise and bring results.
* Harness data and insight to drive smart, creative decision-making.
* Inspire and mentor a talented marketing team covering both UK and international recruitment.
* Collaborate across the University, from Admissions to Faculties to deliver joined-up, student-centred campaigns.
* Manage agency partnerships and budgets with a sharp eye for ROI and innovation.
This is a leadership role at the heart of our Marketing and Communications Directorate, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications, and working closely with senior colleagues across Digital, Comms and Recruitment.
