We're looking for an Account Manager to support our successful and well established food client in Bo'ness. In this role, you'll manage the supply of temporary workers and ensure smooth operations through established processes with adherence to compliance in all instances.

What You'll Do as Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you'll oversee key aspects of recruitment and service delivery as well as managing onsite team including:
* Building candidate pipelines for temporary roles and ensuring the recruitment process is seamless.
* Leading the day-to-day onsite operations, acting as the first point of contact for Account Coordinators.
* Engaging with internal stakeholders and the client to ensure smooth operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
* Meeting client deadlines by fulfilling staffing requirements.
