What you will do as a Host/ess
8. Warmly greet guests upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their visit
9. Manage reservations and waitlists using our booking system.
10. Assist guests to their tables, ensuring smooth seating flow and optimal service rotation.
11. Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff about guest needs and table status
12. Provide accurate wait times and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
13. Keep the host stand and reception area clean and inviting.
14. Assist with light front-of-house tasks as needed to maintain exceptional service standards.
