Overview
Based at our Nottingham site, you'll support our Central HR Manager in delivering a first-class HR service. You'll take ownership of key HR processes, contribute to projects, and help ensure our people have the best possible experience throughout their time with us. This is a Hybrid role with working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Fridays 8.30am – 4pm.
Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and analyse HR data to support business and HR decision making
* Maintain and update HR dashboards and trackers to monitor key metrics and performance indicators
* Collaborate with HRIS and systems teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity and systems improvement
* Assist with data collection and reporting related to the talent cycle and other strategic initiatives
* Assist the Central HR Manager with delivering employee engagement and employee voice initiatives, including coordinating and conducting stay interviews and exit interviews, and reporting key themes
* Provide support to the Central HR Manager on employee relations matters involving central colleagues, including note-taking, document preparation, and ensuring process compliance
* Organise meetings, capture actions, distribute and chase completion
* Support the tracking and coordination of HR projects as required
* Prepare and format presentations, dashboards, and status updates for key stakeholders
* Administer processes for ethics work, Speak Up, and Whistleblowing reporting, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and timely completion of actions
* Manage the monthly Manufacturing Compliance Dashboard, ensuring timely updates and distribution
* Create and maintain central tracking spreadsheets
* Update HR Shared Services (HRSS) with starter, leaver, and employee change details for central employees
* Support central absence management and time and attendance administration
* Provide accurate notetaking during HR meetings (e.g. employee relations meetings)
Qualifications
* CIPD Level 3 - desirable
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Confident in handling and analysing data (Excel, HRIS, dashboards)
* Able to work with discretion and handle confidential information appropriately
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders
* Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload across different sites and teams
