Symphony Group have an exciting opportunity within the Skyline division for a Contracts Manager to join the Installations team based around the Heathrow area. The ideal candidate should live within the Heathrow catchment area with a 10-mile radius. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

The Contracts Manager role:

The purpose of the role is to manage the installation process through to completion on fast moving, third-party, high-rise developments across the area.

The key responsibilities of our Contracts Manager will include:

1. Providing high levels of customer service.
2. Ensure high levels of Health & Safety on site.
3. Ensure sufficient levels of subcontract labour available to meet customer demands.
4. Ensure the highest levels of fit quality are maintained.
5. Scheduling of fitters work via Symphony IT systems.
6. Reviewing and closing out snags via customer QA systems (Fieldview, SnagR etc).
7. Ensure fitting teams maintain all necessary qualifications and certifications, i.e. CSCS cards, SSSTS / SMSTS, Face fit certificates and the like.

To meet the requirements of our Contracts Manager you must be:

8. Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
9. Self-motivated and looking to progress in your career.
10. Able to manage multiple projects positively.
11. Able to work under pressure to maintain deadlines.
12. Computer literate.
13. Personally presentable at all times.

As our Contracts Manager, you will also have:

14. Knowledge of kitchen installations.
15. Ideally a construction related qualification.
16. Excellent IT ability.
17. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
18. Understanding of health and safety – would suit IOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS.
19. CSCS or HBF Card.
20. A full driving licence.
