Job Description
The NetSuite Systems Administrator will be working with Snr Mgt and the Executive team. You will define and implement Policies and Procedures for the effective support of the NetSuite ERP, along with 3rd party apps as directed. You will oversee the technical setup for the core NetSuite ERP, along with 3rd party apps as well.
Other Key Responsibilities:
* You will setup and manage user Roles and Permissions, as agreed with Snr Mgt, and in-line with best practice. Thereafter, you will apply to ALL users as directed by the line managers.
* You will work with key stakeholders in developing a framework for the approval and implementation of new code changes.
* You will support and contribute to network architect plans related to the enterprise systems. These will identify data flows, redundancy backups etc.
* You will support, manage and coordinate the technical aspects of a Change Release process for the NetSuite ERP.
* Working with internal and external staff, you will coordinate and oversee the successful resolution of system related issues.
* You will provide status updates to key stakeholders related to system Performance and Health.
* You will develop, implement & manage a recovery action plan for major system events. It could include Escalation pathways, SLA’s and Accountability matrix.
* You will attend & participate in regular update meetings to discuss NetSuite related items.
Qualifications
* You will have extensive experience managing an ERP for a similar sized business, ideally NetSuite.
* You will be certified in one or more methodologies related to code development and release, e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, SDLC etc.
* You will have the ability to self-manage your time and others as required.
* You can work independently, as well as part of a global team.
* You can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as key vendors.
* You have excellent communication skills, Written, Verbal and Presentation.
* You can adapt your working style to work alongside end-users, as well as Snr Mgrs. and Executives.
* You will be experienced with the MS Office tools, as well as Visio and Project Planning.
