Job Title: Logistics Operations Lead
Location: Telford
Salary: £34,700 per annum
Shift: Days

This position is based with a reputable Telford based automotive manufacturing business to lead all shipping & receiving activities, Ensure on-time delivery and customer compliance and Manage documentation and customs processes
Logistics Operations Lead Responsibilities:
Lead Shipping & Receiving team to meet KPIs
Plan and coordinate customer shipments
Manage goods-in, booking, and discrepancies
Coordinate with customers
Oversee import/export and customs compliance
Ensure accurate shipping paperwork
Investigate delivery issues and root cause
Control packaging and non-BOM materials
Book and track freight movements
Maintain audit-ready documentationLogistics Operations Lead Essentials:
Logistics experience in manufacturing/automotive
SAP or ERP system knowledge
UK & international shipping knowledge
