As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running a section of the kitchen with precision and care. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to create high-quality dishes. Qualifications
As a Chef, you will…
* Prepare and execute dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients to the highest standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What you’ll bring to the kitchen:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with seasonal-focused menus
* A passion for fresh, local ingredients and sustainable cooking practices
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
