As a Chef, you will…
8. Prepare and execute dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients to the highest standards
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section
10. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
11. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What you’ll bring to the kitchen:
12. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with seasonal-focused menus
13. A passion for fresh, local ingredients and sustainable cooking practices
14. Strong organizational and time-management skills
15. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
