Your Role:
As Team Leader, you will support the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care while promoting independence and dignity for our residents. Responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting the care team
Reviewing care plans
Administering and recording medication.
Supporting residents with personal care when required.
Maintaining communication with families
Reporting safeguarding concerns
You will be supported by the Deputy Manager and Residential Manager.
About You
We are looking for someone who: Has a positive and caring attitude
Is confident leading and supporting a team
Works well under pressure and can prioritise tasks
Holds an NVQ Level 2 in Care (preferred but not essential)
Our Team Leader Development Programme is available for those looking to progress their career.

Red House is a 48-bed care home in Bridlington, providing specialist dementia and residential care. The home includes relaxing gardens, activity spaces, and even our own in-house pub, The Red House Arms, where residents enjoy regular social events.
