We are looking for a technically-minded CRM Specialist to join our retention team. Focused on building sophisticated, data-driven engines that turn one-time buyers into lifelong brand advocates. As a Shopify Platinum Partner, we work with high-growth merchants who require advanced lifecycle strategies. You will be one of the architects behind these journeys, leveraging Klaviyo to its full potential. What You’ll Do
* Own the Stack: Acting as the lead strategist and technical operator for client's Klaviyo accounts, ensuring deep integration with their Shopify stores.
* Architect Journeys: Build, test, and optimise complex flows, from back-in-stock and price-drop triggers to sophisticated post-purchase loyalty loops.
* Data-Driven Segmentation: Moving beyond basic demographics to build predictive segments based on CLV, churn risk, and purchasing behaviour.
* Multi-Channel Strategy: Lead clients on expansion into SMS, ensuring a seamless cross-channel experience.
* Experimentation: Run A/B testing on aspects like send-time optimisation and subject lines to dynamic content blocks and incentive structures.
* Collaborate & Consult: Work alongside our creative team to brief designs and present performance deep-dives to clients, translating open rates into business impact.
About You
* Platform Expert: You don't just know where the buttons are in Klaviyo; you understand how the data flows from Shopify to trigger the right message at the right time.
* Analytical & Creative: You can analyse a spreadsheet of campaign data to find a trend, then turn that insight into a creative brief for our design team.
* Detail Obsessed: You understand that in CRM, a broken link or a wrong trigger logic can impact thousands of customers.
* Proactive Educator: You enjoy staying ahead of the curve and sharing that knowledge with your colleagues and clients.
Skills / Qualities
* 2+ years of hands‑on experience in CRM or Lifecycle marketing (Agency experience is a significant advantage).
* Advanced Klaviyo Proficiency: Deep experience with flow logic, conditional splits, and custom profile properties.
* Shopify Savvy: A strong understanding of the Shopify admin and how it interacts with marketing tech stacks.
* Strategic Execution: Proven track record of managing both "always‑on" flows and high‑pressure seasonal campaigns (BFCM, etc.).
* Testing Rigour: Experience using data to drive decisions through A/B and multivariate testing.
Plus Points
* Attentive Mastery: Experience managing high‑scale SMS programs.
* App Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with loyalty (Gorgias, LoyaltyLion), reviews (Okendo, Yotpo), or subscription platforms (Recharge).
* Deliverability Expertise: Knowledge of warming IPs and managing sender reputation.
