Business development executive / SDR – Fintech & regulated markets
Location: Nottinghamshire (hybrid – 1 day/month onsite)
Salary: £40, + uncapped commission

This is your opportunity to join a fast-scaling SaaS firm reshaping financial workflows for some of the UK’s most recognised institutions. With proven solutions already live in tier-one clients, this team is now looking for someone to take ownership of new business efforts and map out their next growth chapter.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with experienced commercial leads to identify new opportunities, shape outreach, and convert warm and cold prospects into valued relationships. You’ll have the backing of a brilliant team—but this isn’t one for the faint-hearted. Success here comes from motivation, curiosity, and a strong instinct for where value lives in the market.
You’ll:
5. Research and map out target markets, identifying key decision-makers and influencers
6. Initiate and nurture conversations with potential clients via email, phone, and social platforms
7. Attend events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and pipeline
8. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with market needs
9. Help create tailored proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients
10. Track all activity and progress through the company’s CRM and sales workflows
We’d love to hear from you if you:
11. Have prior experience in a commercial, B2B sales, or business development role
12. Are self-motivated, curious, and comfortable building rapport from scratch
13. Enjoy working towards targets and thrive in an energetic, results-focused environment
14. Are interested in fintech, regulated markets, or digital transformation
15. Bonus points for experience in financial services, legal tech, or compliance-led industries
