Duties include:
Providing excellent customer service to our members and hotel guests, sharing your knowledge of the club and being their first point of call for any queries.
Using our inhouse software, signing new members, taking bookings for classes and handling payments.
Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the leisure area, including the poolside, changing rooms, and gym.
Conducting water quality testing to ensure health and safety standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role with valid pool responder or lifeguard training. This role offers part time hours including early mornings, day and evening shifts including weekends.
