About this role:
The Landscape Assistant must have some experience in all aspects of landscaping, will have an eye for detail, good people skills, basic horticultural knowledge and must be well organised. The ability to work as part of a team is essential as is self‑motivation, enthusiasm, and reliability. This is physically demanding role, and candidates must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. Some of the key tasks of the role will be:
* Loading, unloading and moving materials
* Preparation of ground using both hand and mechanical tools
* Assist in constructing and erecting fences
* To assist in building gardens to the highest of standards
The ideal person will need:
* 1+ years of experience of hard and soft landscaping
* Previous experience in paving, decking, turfing and fencing
