About the Team
At Skibo, housekeeping is about more than just changing sheets and dusting - it's about creating a welcoming, home-from-home experience for our members and guests. This dynamic team is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the estate, from keeping castle bedrooms and family lodges looking pristine to polishing the woodwork in the front hall and handling dry cleaning requests.
Our Laundry Attendants are an essential part of the team, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our laundry service.
About this Role
As a Laundry & Cleaning Attendant you will:
* Be responsible for the receipt and dispatch of all linen and towel deliveries, ensuring quality control and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation.
* Oversee the safe storage and handling of laundry chemicals, following all health and safety policies.
* Carefully process personal laundry for our members, following specific care instructions and ensuring items are returned to accommodations in pristine condition.
* Ensure that all communal areas are kept clean and tidy.
* Support the Housekeeping team in daily operations.
Who We Are Looking For
* You're a reliable and diligent individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without supervision.
* You have excellent interpersonal skills and take pride in exceeding the standards and delivering outstanding customer service.
* You understand the importance of your role within the broader team and are committed to doing your best work.
* You are available to work weekends and hold a full, clean driving license.

Gratuities (tips) that are passed directly to staff are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of their role.
