We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Lecturer to deliver inspiring and technically accurate sessions to learners across Level 3 and related programmes. The successful candidate will also contribute to curriculum development and maintain strong links with industry to ensure learning remains relevant and impactful. What will you be doing? Plan and deliver engaging sessions in air conditioning and refrigeration Teach practical and theoretical components to full-time and part-time learners Assess student progress and maintain accurate records Uphold high standards in health and safety, particularly with regard to F-Gas compliance Support learners’ development towards achieving their qualifications and career goals What are we looking for? Teaching experience in a further education or training setting Relevant Level 3 qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field Valid F-Gas certification A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd) or Assessor Award (A1/TAQA) – ideal, though strong teaching experience will be considered in lieu What’s on offer?
