An opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded, Top 50 UK law firm within its Cambridge-based Real Estate team, during an exciting period of sustained growth.
This is a senior position within a nationally recognised team, offering exposure to high-value, complex transactions and a genuinely diverse client base including institutional investors, developers, corporate occupiers, and high-net-worth private clients.

The Role
You will take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload, working closely with partners and colleagues across a national platform. The role offers a strong mix of technical work, client interaction and leadership responsibility, including supervising and developing junior team members.
Your work is likely to cover:
* Advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment property across a range of asset classes.
* Supporting landlords and occupiers on leasehold arrangements, including pre-lets and newly developed schemes.
* Assisting on the property elements of secured lending and real estate finance transactions.
* Handling the real estate aspects of corporate deals, including title investigations and transactional support.
* Managing a broad spread of asset management matters such as lease re-gears, licences, easements and terminations.
The Candidate
* 5+ years’ PQE within commercial real estate
* Experience gained within a strong regional, or City practice
* Comfortable managing your own caseload of high-quality work
* Strong technical ability combined with a commercial, client-focused approach
* An interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team growth
* A proactive attitude towards business development and networking
