Want to join a leading international, independent real estate consultancy with an innovative approach?
Due to exponential growth, we are seeking an experienced, efficient, and enthusiastic Project Manager (level flexible) to join our team after another successful year for our development and project management consultancy.
The candidate will have the drive and autonomy to work closely with leading Directors to grow and develop our specialist Project Management team in our well-established multi-disciplinary Bristol office. They should be a qualified Project Manager or MRICS Building Surveyor with a proven track record in delivering high-value project work successfully.
They will be assigned a variety of exciting cross-sector projects, ranging from £10k to £10 million in value, and must be client-facing, detail-oriented, and able to start with minimal supervision.
Our business values teamwork, and the candidate will be fully supported by our other regional teams, including Development Management, Cost Management, Building Surveying & MEP, to ensure success.
Job Overview
* Manage projects from start to finish across commercial office, retail, and residential sectors, with values from £2 million to over £10 million.
* Effectively take full client briefs and deliver results aligned with their needs.
* Represent Hollis as the face of the company and lead junior Project Managers to develop a dedicated project management team across various sectors.
* Build and leverage a network of contacts to maximize business development opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with Senior Associates and Directors on various projects.
* Win new business and contribute to the professional and social development of the Project Management services.
* Manage design and construction projects throughout all stages.
* Support the growth of the Hollis team both professionally and socially.
Qualifications/Experience
* MAPM, PRINCE2, or MRICS qualification; postgraduate study is a plus.
* Proven experience managing multiple projects up to £10 million+ in value.
* Ability to deliver comprehensive project management with minimal supervision.
* Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
* Process-driven, efficient, and eager to improve quality and processes.
