Health & Safety Manager - Policies & Procedures specialist - IMMEDIATE START
3-4 month contract
Outside IR35 - rate negotiable

I’m working with a specialist contractor that provides power solutions to the Data Centre sector, looking for a Health & Safety professional with proven expertise in developing and implementing Health & Safety management systems, policies, and procedures.
This role reports to the Health & Safety Director and offers an excellent opportunity for someone who appreciates systems and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be methodical and capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key competencies include:
* Excellent knowledge of integrated management systems, policies, and procedures
* CMIOSH or working towards it
* Well-organized with the ability to assimilate information quickly
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and a drive for continuous improvement
* Internal or Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (ESSENTIAL)
* Experience working in a construction environment (ESSENTIAL)
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
